Process Specialist & Maintenance Coordinator

• Location: Pettoranello del Molise

Purpose of the position

The Process Specialist & Maintenance Coordinator ensures the efficiency of production processes and coordinates maintenance activities to guarantee plant continuity and reliability, reporting directly to the Technical Manager.

Responsibility

• Monitoring proper plant operation through analysis of process parameters, plant component construction standards, and deviation analysis.
• Point of contact with process technology suppliers for any deviations and corrections to normal operation.
• Collaboration with the Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and the Environmental and Safety Manager to plan tests and/or corrective actions.

Main Activities

• Monitoring of process parameters and deviations and trend analysis
• Contact with technology suppliers to define corrective measures
• Coordination of emergency and planned maintenance interventions
• Coordination of contractors/external personnel involved in maintenance activities
• Support for external auditing bodies

Role requirements

• Educational background: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

• Language proficiency:
