He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1972. He is a qualified accountant and commercial expert, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1977 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1984. He provides tax and corporate advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting management, management control processes, financial and business planning, and corporate restructuring operations. He also holds appointments as Statutory Auditor and member of Boards of Statutory Auditors in several companies limited by shares.

He graduated in Business Economics from the G. D’Annunzio University of Chieti–Pescara in 2008. Anthonj Tamburri has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants since 2012 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2011. He provides tax advisory services to companies limited by shares and has expertise in subsidised finance, management control and statutory auditing. Among other roles, he has served as Statutory Auditor for local public authorities.

Paolo Milano graduated in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1995 and has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2004. He has extensive experience in tax and corporate advisory services for SMEs, as well as in statutory auditing and the accounting of local public authorities. He specialises in management control, financial and business planning (including project finance) and support in corporate restructuring procedures. He operates before the Court of Isernia and holds appointments as statutory auditor in several companies limited by shares.
