Logistic Operator

• Location: Pettoranello del Molise

Purpose of the position

The Logistics Operator ensures the effective management of logistics flows and material movements to support the production process, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibility

• Ensure process continuity through the safe handling of materials entering/exiting the plant and of waste generated in the various phases of the process

Main Activities

• Handling of incoming material at the extruder from truck unloading to storage areas and extruder infeed
• Receiving consumables
• Loading of finished product tanks in accordance with operational and safety/environmental procedures and in close contact with the control room operator
• Handling of waste material from the areas where it is generated to temporary storage and loading of disposal vehicles, always ensuring suitable empty containers are available in the generation areas
• Collecting transport documents for incoming material and transporting it to the control room (operations management/accounting/laboratory)
• Collecting of accompanying documentation for outgoing product (sales consignment or disposal) from the laboratory/accounting and delivering it to the carrier

Technical Skills

• Forklift operator qualification; relevant experience is desirable.
