Photovoltaic Installation

Within the field of renewable energy, Smaltimenti Sud has developed a 1 MW ground-mounted photovoltaic plant, fully integrated with the surrounding environment. The plant delivers a range of energy, environmental and socio-economic benefits, including:

• Reduction of atmospheric pollution, with a CO₂ reduction of approximately 1,090 kg per year;
• Environmental enhancement of the entire area affected by the project;
• Containment of energy expenditure, resulting in lower operating costs for the facility;
• Support for the local economy, fostering the development of local installation and maintenance services.
